Montgomery County District Court criminal felony indictments, May 23

The Montgomery County district clerk reported the following criminal felony indictments Thursday, May 23:

George Linford Rector was indicted in the 435th District Court on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.

Rector is 55 years old, and resides in the 212, Conroe.

The alleged offense reportedly occurred Monday, April 15. Rector was arrested that same day.

Jack McCormick is Rector's attorney.

Houston Police Department incident report, May 23

The Houston Police Department reported the following incidents Thursday, May 23:

An EMS event was reported at 8:30 a.m. at Kingwood Place and Forest Center Kingwood Place.

A call regarding an EMS event was received at 10:30 a.m. The Police Department was dispatched to Stonehollow Drive and Green Berry Drive.

Joshua Dewayne Morrison was released from custody, according to the Harris County Sheriff's Office. A bond of $10,000 was set for Morrison, who is listed as living at 13323 Alta in Splendora. Morgan Michelle Davis in custody at Montgomery County Jail

According to the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office, Morgan Michelle Davis was booked into custody at the Montgomery County Jail at 10:34 a.m. on May 22.

Davis is described as a 0-year-old white female.

Her address is listed as 2205 N. Frazier St., Conroe, Texas 77301.
