Jerry J. Lindenman and Teresita A. Lindenman have listed for sale a seven-bedroom, 9.5-bath home at 10 Watertree Drive in The Woodlands for $900,000.

The Lindenmans acquired the property in June 2005. The 7,500-square-foot house was built in 1988 in the Village of Grogan's Mill. It is located in the Village of Grogan's Mill subdivision, and is valued at $1.04 million. Susan Johnson of J Properties is the listing agent for the property.

Jerry Lindenman is the owner of Raycrist Properties Management LLC, a hotel chain in New Caney.
