Developers cut ribbon on new Longmire Creek Estates community
The developers behind Longmire Creek Estates, a new residential community in development in the Longmire corridor in northwest Conroe, held a community grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony Thursday, Aug. 2.
Members of Greater Conroe/Lake Conroe Area Chamber of Commerce joined area Realtors for the grand opening and to view the first of 24 homes that will be constructed in the first phase.
According to a press release, the home builders said each plot is more than an acre, and mature trees are being kept, many of which lie alongside Longmire Creek. The community is tied together by a network of interconnecting trails and boardwalks for walking, jogging and biking.
Signorelli Homes and Elara Homes are the two builders in charge of the development. According to Danny Signorelli, the head of Signorelli Homes, there will be 150 homes when the development is complete, which is estimated to take about three years.
