Tryouts still available for Texas Rush youth soccer teams
Spots are still available for Texas Rush 2012-2013 competitive youth soccer rosters.
The fall league runs from August through December, with team training two to three times a week. Teams are led by professionally licensed coaches assigned to no more than three competitive teams. The registration fee is $450 for selected players and scholarships are available.
The Texas Rush program allows for players to develop their skills and aim for a number of high-achievement squads, including the Nike team, collegiate programs and national teams.
Players can still sign up for tryouts in the fall U11 through U18 age groups. After trying out, players will be evaluated for team placement in the competitive program.
Boys can schedule a skill evaluation through Alex Cardenas at acardenas@texasrush.com.
Girls can schedule their skill evaluations through Andy Squire at asquire@texasrush.com.
All players in need of an evaluation or information can also contact the Texas Rush office at 281-298-2180.
