J. Beard Real Estate relocates to new offices
The J. Beard Real Estate Company LP has announced its relocation to the Parkwood One Office Building in The Woodlands.
The company made the move June 29 to 10077 Grogans Mill Road, Suite 135, to enhance the firm's customer service and meet the needs of a growing clientele, according to a press release.
The new office space provides room to expand its coverage for providing commercial real estate services. The company focuses on the North Houston, Montgomery County and The Woodlands market areas.
The firm provides commercial real estate services, including leasing, brokerage, site acquisition, property management, development, consulting and landlord or tenant representation services.
The company was founded in October 2003 by Jeff Beard.
